Are you not entertained?

Train or be entertained.

What is your choice?

Do you want results, or do you want to treat exercise as a social hour?

Do you want to get in better shape, or do you want to appear to be in better shape?

There are differences.

Training means you work to gain lean muscle.

Entertainment means you jump around doing kitchen sink workouts without a purpose or a goal.

Results mean you add reps, add weight, and improve your time on cardiovascular training.

Social hour means you are aimlessly racing against other people trying to win at exercise.

Being in better shape means you can measure progress based on your workouts. Appearing to be in better shape means you are trying to beat the clock, despite your current level of conditioning.

It is easy to sell the flashy program that looks unique and exciting, but the truth is that more people achieve better results by sticking to tried-and-true training principles than those exciting workouts.

Progressive overload.

Zone 2 Cardio.

Intelligently designed HIIT training.

Proper rest and recovery.

It’s not exciting or entertaining, but the results are.

The choice is yours.

Do you want to be entertained, or do you want to train?
