Are you local to Kansas City and wish to work with me in person? I train people out of BodyFit in Midtown KC. A full-service basement gym is ours to use. All personal training packages are by appointment only and nutritional coaching is included. This is the best way to work with me, and you will love the results.

1:1 Remote Coaching

An individual approach to your training, nutrition, or both.

This service includes weekly check-ins, customized programming, customized nutrition, and I am with you through the entire thing to ensure your best results.

I will adapt the program to fit vacations, work trips, or any of life’s speedbumps.

Group Training
